At ToniMay, we want you to love your new pieces, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for a store credit or exchange on all full-priced items. Please ensure all jewelry is returned in its original, unworn condition and signature packaging to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original ToniMay box and secure it within a protective shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Studio

  Affix your generated shipping label to the package and drop it off at your nearest postal service hub, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Credit

  Once our studio team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5 business days.
